Writing Down Goals And 3 Fears Holding You Back

Write It Down (http://en NULL.wikipedia NULL.org/wiki/File:Writing NULL.JPG)

Write It Down

Maybe you are asking “Why is it that I have not yet accomplished my goals? A lot of people are prone to investigate themselves to learn why they have not accomplished what they want to do and want to have in life. Life is short so we have to use time judiciously. Time is more valuable than gold because nobody could ever take time back into his hands.

One of the most important tips in achieving your goals is to have it written as it could make things clearer and in some bizarre way it can literally throw the obstacles away.

Sometimes it is really funny just to think about that! But it is true – I have proven it myself and so do a lot of people who follow that simple advice.

Now, if you haven’t tried writing down your biggest goals, I know you’re probably shaking your head “What is this guy talking about?” Of course, the pudding is always in the eating so see it for yourself.

Remember to set aside a little time and write down your goals on paper — not on your computer screen but by paper!

So what is the most powerful factor holding you back from being a success? I think it has something to do with FEAR! Here are then the three types of fears which got the potential to hijack your dreams.

1. Fear of the loss pain which can be manifested in loss of pride, face, life, job, identity.

If you say things like the following: “I’m scared to quit”, you are in fact scared to lose the distressing behavior that comforts you in some ways or it has already become your comfort zone. Some others manifested the fact that they “hate the job, like the pay” or “hate the spouse’s actions, love the children.”

2. Fear of the process pain which can be manifested in you being afraid of the journey to get there. Scared of the hard work required. Scared of the new knowledge. Take note of these popular statements: “How do I …?” or “I’m unsure, not familiar with how to do it” and the perennial favorite: “Too hard.”

3. Fear of the outcome pain – this can be when people are wondering “What if the result is not as good as I planned it to be?” “What if the _________ I quit is actually better than this new _____?” You can just replace _____ with company, boyfriend, girlfriend, business, cellphone, diet or anything else.

Making written goals in notebooks is a critical right step to your success.  Admit to yourself that if you have not yet written a single word of your goals on paper then you have to do it as soon as possible.

Lots of people want to make good money in internet marketing, right? Of course, you want to succeed. The first step is not creating a blog. Sorry to say that!

The right first step is writing down your goals. You’re serious about success? Then you’re write down your goals in a paper. And examine your fears which are holding you back from taking the necessary risks.

The Entrepreneur Or Victim Mindset?

No Need To Be A Victim

No Need To Be A Victim

I have been into Network Marketing for quite awhile now. My story is like most entrepreneurs out there who get into Network Marketing — I was failing miserably. I was into a company for eight months and never sponsored even one single soul into my primary business. I was almost ready to give it up then I found the system I am currently using now.

My business has exploded ever since. In fact just the other day I had over 456 visitors to my very own website. One of my close friends in this business is known for perennially saying “we can do this” at the beginning of every hard project — every single tough day of his life.  I know, at times it looked like he was crazy to say it — the obstacles seemed too tough and numerous. However, eventually he proved to be right. We can achieve it, and in fact we got it – all the time. And we no single person was ever lost from our team ever since except for some exceptional reasons.

Inspirational leaders just do that.  Probably they are not expressing the same words, and in some cases they convey the same message through the actions and decisions they take and the behaviors they display.  Maybe you connect to the idea via the values they advocate, and the way they show that things are possible even in rough things are possible by kicking out and doing those things themselves.  But on the whole the message is that of optimism — the “we can do this” message — is something virtually all inspirational leaders share in common.

Aside from saying it, they also believe on it 100%. And despite all the negativities around, inspirational leaders are focused on the things they know will eventually work out well for them and the people following them. That’s why they go out there and show it by taking some big and brave actions and pioneering the trail for others to go through.

It’s not that the inspirational leader is out of reality. He is – very much! He will be one of the first people to tell you honestly that the challenges are tough, the market competition strong, the market squeezed, and the resources are limited. The point is not that he is blind to the problems biting us everyday… it’s just that he believes we have the power to triumph over them.

And people — tough performers and mostly leaders in their own right — congregate to join his followership because it’s exactly this kind of leadership they look for.

I’ve said before that I observe two kinds of people in the world: the Entrepreneur, who initiates, takes time to care for others, takes care of the ins and outs of business… and the Victim, who takes all that he can get, looks for exception to everything, and by and large seeks only to be taken care of instead of the other way around.

Without thinking about it, the inspirational leader will never be a victim-type.  Of course, there could be time when we are not at our finest in our lives and careers but the inspirational leader hardly ever lets himself trip into a victim mindset.  He’s an excellent entrepreneur, even if he has no actual business of his. He’s just that person who keeps charging us because “we can do this.”

So analyze the present status of your own outlook.  Have you vanished some of your optimism? Don’t let that become an enduring condition!  If you are anxious about something, take some action to defeat it… you’ll begin to sense much more cheerful.

Apprehensive on your work during these hard economic times?  Make your own job by opening a business on the side.  Worried on your health, and thinking whether you’ll still be healthy when you’re older?  Make yourself healthier, one daily alteration of habits at a time.  Worried about your wealth?  Teach yourself about the coming rainstorm in the global economy, and do the necessary steps to be one of the few who in fact benefits (and probably gets rich) from the coming global realignments.

Of course, those things are tough.  No one’s saying it will be a walk-in-the-park kind of thing.  All I’m saying is that, no matter what comes at us, we have inside us what it will take to carry on and flourish.  I’m saying “we can do this.”

Are you looking for the inspiration to change your life in a meaningful way? Ready to take the bold action, and upgrade your outlook on life?

Be a serious entrepreneur and look for an inspiring opportunity. Be a part of a good team that could help you realize your dreams. Join an inspiring and collaborative community of entrepreneurs.

There’s no reason not to try! Health, Wealth, and Inspiration is waiting for you…

Four Steps On Sponsoring People

Sponsoring People

Sponsoring People

I am presenting here four very simple steps in the recruiting or sponsoring process. Though these are very obvious a lot of people failed on their online business because they are just taking these steps for granted.

1. Always build relationships.

People join the business because of you. Therefore, you must create a good relationship with your people and prospects so you would be given a better chance of having the person stick in your team. At the same time, you must be totally honest about everything.

All people vary and they also loosen up in different ways. People can tell when we are just “blowing smoke” for the sake of profits.  Don’t do that.

2 Be a smooth and natural conversationalist.

Being naturally good in network marketing and in the recruiting process is not simply a skill but also a talent. It is not easy to just talk to a stranger right then and there. But if you do know how to handle diverse types of people then you are on the right trail.

Your people skills and your listening skills would be very much required in this kind of field. This would influence the number of people you would be able to have on your team.

3. Analyze your prospects in line with the things that they are conveying.

In other words, say to them what they want to hear and not what you want them to hear from you. You may perhaps know a lot more things about the company compared to your prospect but they would be more interested in their own goals and dreams, they are not interested in yours.

4. Never quit the business until you gain success.

Of course, by the time you are successful the more there are reasons not to give up the business. We all know that winners never quit…..and quitters never win. Seriously think on that!

Have a blessed, joyful, healthy and purpose-driven life!

Staying Motivated By Knowing Yourself

Know Yourself Better

Know Yourself Better

One of the most effective ways you can toil daily to constantly motivate yourself is getting deeper into your being. In other words, get to know yourself better.

It is a must that you give time and effort for yourself and reflect on the things that make you feel fine and the things that make you feel awful. In other words, know your emotional level and health.

A good suggestion is writing which is considered as a very healthy technique of getting to know you. You might want to try writing in a diary or a journal detailing the things that transpired in your daily life including the things you love and the things you hate. By doing so, there will be a pattern that emerges in relation to your personality.

Another way is making use of lists. Lists can be very helpful for overcoming the negatives and focusing on your positive aspects. First, make a list of the things that you feel excellent on. These might be from the first cup of coffee in the morning, a fresh pair of socks, or achieving a big goal. After those positive things, it is time to make a list of all the things you are easily irritated of.

Write a list of all of the things that you enjoy doing and the things that you like. This list can help you create the positive atmosphere by surrounding yourself around positive things in your life. This list will also help you create better and more positive days. You will feel motivated to design a life full of the positive things that make you happy.

You should also write about the things that are negative in your life and the things that bother you. This list should include everything that might cause you to feel negative about days or events in your life. They might impact you in some way.

You might have a chair in your living room you absolutely hate. Put it on your list of things to do as to get rid of it immediately.

Once you have the negative list put together you need to begin making sure these items and behaviors are taken out of your life. Think of the ways you can design your days around only the positive things without the negativity.

Knowing yourself deeply and better is one of the best things you can endow to yourself. It is very essential to make sure of the things making you go positive as well as those things influence you to be negative.

The better you can design your life in a positive fashion, the more you can be motivated to live your life to the fullest as you explore different opportunities and facets the world could offer at your plate.

Know thyself well and you will never be misguided and easily fall victim of any circumstance!

Finding Your Coach Now

My Beautiful Coach

My Beautiful Coach

I must confess that I used to have a bad habit of trying to do everything by myself… like a handsome cowboy running all over the place and yet still have to visit his girl.

And then a good friend of mine finally slapped me upside the head and told me to get the necessary help. Thankfully, I eventually listened to his advice.

No, I am definitely not talking about a Virtual Assistant or another webmaster here. What I am referring to is getting a coach. A coach that makes more money than me and could help me triple my current business.

You see… fours years ago I was a complete chaos. My business vision was constantly shifting depending on where the wind was blowing.

One minute I was focused on one shiny object, and then the next minute, I was distracted by some other time waster.

But the fact remains that nothing really worked for me. Even though I had some help with my daily tasks, I was really flying by the seat of my pants.

You see…I already knew that I needed quality content to build the ever-flowing stream of traffic and profits.

And I knew what technologies I needed to learn as I went along. But my problem wasn’t “stuff” – it was clarity. It was planning.

Looking back, it is easy to evaluate my mistakes. But getting into retrospect takes too long especially in today’s very challenging environment.

My biggest mistake actually was waiting so long to hire a coach and build a mastermind group of like-minded go-getters. I was just very stupid back then. Though I am sure I was not alone.

Once I finally figured out to hire a coach and built a solid team around me, my world suddenly turned upside down.

My focus became finely tuned, and my productivity skyrocketed. Glittery objects stopped fazing me and my work intensity made me just unstoppable.

As entrepreneurs, we need clarity in purpose and action. And that kind of laser-like focus can often only come from someone who’s been-there and done-that — from an expert and humble coach.

Find your coach now!

Learning A Humbling Lesson From A Wise Man

A Successful Man

A Successful Man

Let me introduce you to one of my beloved mentors having greatly influenced my life in such a remarkable way. This mentor effectively taught me some of the most important wisdom that he learned while he is still a teenager. Definitely, meeting him was one of the most magnificent things that ever transpired in my life.

And without the influence and guidance of this person, I may not be able to be where I am now in my life and career.

Go to any TSS Malls nationwide and you will most likely be bewildered by their relentless development. The first coach that I have is Mr. Alvin Go – the humble son of the renowned TSS founder Samuel Go.

Years ago, while I was bringing my books to Mega Bookstore located at the TSS MegaMall, Alvin saw and waived his hand to me. At that time, I was not really sure if I was the one he was calling. When I came near, he extended his business card and requested me to visit his office. Without any hesitation whatsoever, I replied yes.

At that time, I was personally doing the delivery myself because aside from me there was no other person working for my company. As I could recall, I was just wearing t-shirt, blue faded jeans and I think slippers. I literally looked like a delivery man.

However, before that chance encounter with Mr. Alvin, he first saw me at the debut of IMAX. Right after the first movie ended, I approached Mr. Alvin Go who was seated near me and personally handed him a copy of my book “The Changing Face Of The Job Market.”

I also brought a laminated copy of my Chronicles column talking on my experience of meeting his famous father. We sat and started to talk about more on his deep personal understanding.

“When a wise man pushed you to do something, it must be for a purpose.” This is the very first message I got from him.

Alvin remembered going to his father’s office to help for the first time. He was thinking that just like his father he was going to be a mini-boss that’s why he dressed up very neatly, had a tie, black pants and shiny shoes. When he finally got into the office of his father, the very first thing that his father ordered was “to toss the trash outside and sanitize the trash can.”

And he thought it was unfair. For his very young mind, it’s definitely ridiculous. He is a son of the owner of a big company and you had to do that. Was there any rationale?

To make the story short, his journey within the company included becoming a salesman, a cashier, a supervisor and a manager — before assuming the presidency of TSS Premium Holdings.

He confessed, “I must obey my father and do everything he asked me to do in following the tradition of respecting our parents.” Naturally, it was quite unsettling at first but later I realized that everything was done for a purpose.

Right now, no lowly employee under my leadership can grumble in our policy — not even on their jobs practically because I was also there in their positions and I was definitely one of them.

Always pay attention to your mentor or coach. Once they are asking you to do something — it must be for a purpose!

Self-Confidence, Friends And Success

The Power of Positive Thinking (EP) (http://en NULL.wikipedia NULL.org/wiki/File:Nomeansno_The_Power_of_Positive_Thinking NULL.jpg)

Image via Wikipedia

Your professional life and business success require you to be empowered by self-confidence as you deal with people both big and small. Self-confidence is a very pivotal ingredient to get ahead of the competition and establish your own personal branding along the way. And one way of acquiring self-confidence is surrounding yourself with loving and supportive friends.

Develop the kind of friends whom you are comfortable with and help you feel more positive. Your friends should encourage and push you to be professionally competitive and bring home the bacon – the “Go go go!” friends. To have friends like this, I am sure you will realize of their fantastic empowering power.

Divide your friends into two groups: the “Be cautious” friends and the “Go go go” friends.  If you want to compete well and move upward in life, listen to both but always lean more with the latter – as in go, go go! “Be cautious” friends may constantly warn you of the possibility of failure and could at the end hold your growth back. While most of them are well-meaning and might be only looking for your welfare, they should never be your focal influence.

Your first best friend should be you. Love yourself and believe in your innate ability to rise up and climb the ladder of success. Stop being negative – it just put you down! Believe that you have the power to make things happen. Be optimistic in a gloomy world we are in and you are on your way to becoming a totally self-confident person.

To make yourself surrounded with positive people, you must first become one yourself. It is just like the first secret of having many friends: be friendly! Positive attracts positive. It would virtually impossible to expect people to surround you if you are a pessimistic person – a person who has nothing to hope for is a person doomed. And who would want to take a ride with gloom?

Successful and happy people are always self-confident.  And self-confident people make sure they are surrounded with optimistic and active people. Nothing less!  If you want to join the club of self-confident individuals, it is imperative that you have  “Go go go” associates – people who cheer you up to be courageous in facing many challenges as you carve out your dreams in life and be financially free. Looking for “Go go go” friends means that you first become one.

Friends are important as they could help us propel to make our dreams come true. Be a good friend yourself and expect others of the same orientation to get attracted to you. Always be positive with things and with people. Positive thinking blots out stress and adds magnitude of colors to an otherwise dull world you might be in.

Go go go!

If you are already decided to open your own, you will need to figure out exactly where you want your business situated. For a profitable business, you will want to have your salon in a good spot with good people traffic so that it is handy for clients. After you have found the business location, you will want to decide how large or how big to make your tanning salon. You will need to determine the brand of beds you will want. There are the typical tanning beds where you can lie down in them, as well as stand up booths. You will also want to plan whether you want to use the sunless spray tanning. Tanning beds can either be purchased from dealers or in some cases some firms can lease them to you.

As a tanning salon business owner, you will need to determine exactly the way you want to run your business. Many salons simply offer customers minutes that they can use to tan with. Others will have them pay per visit or purchase packages. So you will need to decide what style will work best for you and your prospective clients. It won’t be helpful to also carry some related products in your salon such as tanning lotions or swimwear. Above all, make sure that your salon has a unique appeal that other competing salons do not have.

There are so many specific aspects to running a tanning salon. One of the critical things is to put together a unique and pleasing experience that will bring in customers and cause repeat visits.
