The Entrepreneur Or Victim Mindset?

No Need To Be A Victim

No Need To Be A Victim

I have been into Network Marketing for quite awhile now. My story is like most entrepreneurs out there who get into Network Marketing — I was failing miserably. I was into a company for eight months and never sponsored even one single soul into my primary business. I was almost ready to give it up then I found the system I am currently using now.

My business has exploded ever since. In fact just the other day I had over 456 visitors to my very own website. One of my close friends in this business is known for perennially saying “we can do this” at the beginning of every hard project — every single tough day of his life.  I know, at times it looked like he was crazy to say it — the obstacles seemed too tough and numerous. However, eventually he proved to be right. We can achieve it, and in fact we got it – all the time. And we no single person was ever lost from our team ever since except for some exceptional reasons.

Inspirational leaders just do that.  Probably they are not expressing the same words, and in some cases they convey the same message through the actions and decisions they take and the behaviors they display.  Maybe you connect to the idea via the values they advocate, and the way they show that things are possible even in rough things are possible by kicking out and doing those things themselves.  But on the whole the message is that of optimism — the “we can do this” message — is something virtually all inspirational leaders share in common.

Aside from saying it, they also believe on it 100%. And despite all the negativities around, inspirational leaders are focused on the things they know will eventually work out well for them and the people following them. That’s why they go out there and show it by taking some big and brave actions and pioneering the trail for others to go through.

It’s not that the inspirational leader is out of reality. He is – very much! He will be one of the first people to tell you honestly that the challenges are tough, the market competition strong, the market squeezed, and the resources are limited. The point is not that he is blind to the problems biting us everyday… it’s just that he believes we have the power to triumph over them.

And people — tough performers and mostly leaders in their own right — congregate to join his followership because it’s exactly this kind of leadership they look for.

I’ve said before that I observe two kinds of people in the world: the Entrepreneur, who initiates, takes time to care for others, takes care of the ins and outs of business… and the Victim, who takes all that he can get, looks for exception to everything, and by and large seeks only to be taken care of instead of the other way around.

Without thinking about it, the inspirational leader will never be a victim-type.  Of course, there could be time when we are not at our finest in our lives and careers but the inspirational leader hardly ever lets himself trip into a victim mindset.  He’s an excellent entrepreneur, even if he has no actual business of his. He’s just that person who keeps charging us because “we can do this.”

So analyze the present status of your own outlook.  Have you vanished some of your optimism? Don’t let that become an enduring condition!  If you are anxious about something, take some action to defeat it… you’ll begin to sense much more cheerful.

Apprehensive on your work during these hard economic times?  Make your own job by opening a business on the side.  Worried on your health, and thinking whether you’ll still be healthy when you’re older?  Make yourself healthier, one daily alteration of habits at a time.  Worried about your wealth?  Teach yourself about the coming rainstorm in the global economy, and do the necessary steps to be one of the few who in fact benefits (and probably gets rich) from the coming global realignments.

Of course, those things are tough.  No one’s saying it will be a walk-in-the-park kind of thing.  All I’m saying is that, no matter what comes at us, we have inside us what it will take to carry on and flourish.  I’m saying “we can do this.”

Are you looking for the inspiration to change your life in a meaningful way? Ready to take the bold action, and upgrade your outlook on life?

Be a serious entrepreneur and look for an inspiring opportunity. Be a part of a good team that could help you realize your dreams. Join an inspiring and collaborative community of entrepreneurs.

There’s no reason not to try! Health, Wealth, and Inspiration is waiting for you…

Finding The “Just Right” Customers

Goldilocks and the Three Bears

Goldilocks and the Three Bears

I’ve been on the mailing list of a woman named Mallie Gordoni for a long time. I joined her list a few years back, when I was but a college student trying to find ways to promote my band. Her advice has been a major influence on how I do business.

One of the things she always talks about is finding your “just right” customers. She illustrates this idea through the story of Goldilocks and the three bears. In case you are a little rusty when it comes to children’s bedtime stories, the story goes something like this:

Goldilocks is walking through the woods one day when she comes across a house. Never being much of a shy one, she waltzes right on in and discovers three bowls of porridge sitting on a table. She sits down and tries the first one. It’s too cold. Now, this house didn’t have a microwave, so she moves on to the next bowl to see if it’s any better. The next one’s too hot. Patience was never a strong point of hers, so she moves on to the third bowl. This one is just right, so she eats it all up.

Afterward she takes a nap in one of the three beds upstairs, at which time the bears that live in the house return and discover her sleeping. Depending on the version you’re telling, they either eat her in lieu of the bowl of porridge she consumed, or they simply drive her out.

The point is that Goldilocks didn’t try to make the cold bowl or the hot bowl work for her. She didn’t try to force something that wouldn’t have fit anyway. It was probably the only smart choice she made in her string of decisions that day. The cold bowl was not going to get any warmer, and the hot bowl probably wouldn’t have cooled down in time for her to eat it before the bears got back. She knew enough to wait until she found the right bowl of porridge.

It’s kind of’ that way with customers. I started franchising FriendBlastr out a few months ago. On the advertising page I specified that the franchisees had to know HTML and PHP in order to rent my code. This was good. What wasn’t good was that I trusted that disclaimer to ensure that the only people who got copies of my site were qualified for the job.

With every person that came by, I did make sure that they understood the terms of the agreement. The money they made went to me initially and when they wanted their 75% cut, they just had to ask. What I didn’t make sure of was that they were good fits for the job. Some of the people that rented knew next to nothing about HTML and PHP, despite the disclaimer. Others just didn’t know business.

These franchisees have sucked up a large quantity of my time as a result, which was the exact opposite of what I had wanted when I began franchising. My goal was to start generating income without having to be constantly working to promote my website.

Realize that, whatever you choose to sell, not everyone is going to be a good fit. Do not compromise in order to sell to customers that the product probably won’t work for anyway. You want “just right” customers. Anything else will just prove to be a headache.

Alright, quick update on where I’m at with my online stuff: starting this week, I’m going to be paying some workers from India to promote FriendBlastr for $2 an hour. I’m hoping that this will breathe new life into my business, as my job has been taking away too much time from that and my profits have suffered dramatically as a result.

I’m going to give it thirty days and see how it goes. I’m also going to be cleaning the FriendBlastr user list up a bit next Sunday in order to raise the quality of the site. Finally, with every purchase of VIP days, I’ve also begun giving out free copies of a program that helps people accept all their friend requests and then message all their new friends. The program contains a link back to FriendBlastr.

I’m hoping this will help increase return sales.

Note: This is a guest post from a new friend.

Niche Marketing: Where’s The Beef?

"Where's the Beef?"

"Where's the Beef?"

Are you old enough to remember the 70′s? There was a petite old lady on TV commercials demanding to know, “WHERE’S THE BEEF?”

She became a national icon. Everyone was using her catch phrase to ask where the good stuff was hiding.

Well, there are a many would-be entrepreneurs on the internet who want to know, “Where’s the Beef?”

We keep hearing about these extraordinary Internet incomes …so why are there so many people who haven’t achieved them yet?

Maybe they’re looking in the wrong place. Following the herd is NOT the way to go to find the money online.

The beef is out there, alright, but it’s hidden all over the Internet……in NICHES.

Weird niches. Odd niches. Tiny niches. Niches no marketer has effectively touched yet. Niches ripe for the picking.

And do you know how many niches like this there are? And how many new ones are being created every day?

There are literally hundreds and thousands just waiting to be tapped. So how do you FIND these niches, and how much money can you make?

I’ve found someone who knows. And his name is Tony and he’s made over $114,000 in just the last two months alone using his marketing techniques with these small niches.

His very first niche pulled in $38,000 just from natural traffic, and that’s when he was only beginning to discover the marketing system he uses now.

That same site is still raking in money year after year. And the niche is…well…you’re probably not going to believe this but…the niche is……carpet cleaning!

He’s since gone on to discover other even more profitable niches that are also paying him month in and month out.

You see, it is a matter of finding your won profitable niche and learning how to milk for all of its worth.

Be a niche marketer today!

Four Steps On Sponsoring People

Sponsoring People

Sponsoring People

I am presenting here four very simple steps in the recruiting or sponsoring process. Though these are very obvious a lot of people failed on their online business because they are just taking these steps for granted.

1. Always build relationships.

People join the business because of you. Therefore, you must create a good relationship with your people and prospects so you would be given a better chance of having the person stick in your team. At the same time, you must be totally honest about everything.

All people vary and they also loosen up in different ways. People can tell when we are just “blowing smoke” for the sake of profits.  Don’t do that.

2 Be a smooth and natural conversationalist.

Being naturally good in network marketing and in the recruiting process is not simply a skill but also a talent. It is not easy to just talk to a stranger right then and there. But if you do know how to handle diverse types of people then you are on the right trail.

Your people skills and your listening skills would be very much required in this kind of field. This would influence the number of people you would be able to have on your team.

3. Analyze your prospects in line with the things that they are conveying.

In other words, say to them what they want to hear and not what you want them to hear from you. You may perhaps know a lot more things about the company compared to your prospect but they would be more interested in their own goals and dreams, they are not interested in yours.

4. Never quit the business until you gain success.

Of course, by the time you are successful the more there are reasons not to give up the business. We all know that winners never quit…..and quitters never win. Seriously think on that!

Have a blessed, joyful, healthy and purpose-driven life!

The Story Of Joe And Mae

Making Money Online

Making Money Online

On this post, I want to share with all of you a very good story between two online marketers which I hope will open our eyes. Read and learn on.

Once upon a time somewhere in a place here on Earth there was a Joe and there was a Mae. These two great individuals are into trying to make money online. They both expend precisely the same quantity of time doing this.

Joe is very animated about his main business. He is so excited in fact that he spends every last moment he has online dispersing his affiliate link all over the web…in all ways he knows how. He is closing himself from any other business opportunity because it would take away from his time of promoting the business. He is just a newbie to the business…so he lacks a lot of good information. However, Joe is very much a hardworking person and focused on what he is doing.

On the other hand, Mae believes in an open mind. She came across a system and decided to check it out first. Rather than promoting immediately all over the place just like what Joe did, she chooses to learn first. What happened is Mae got immersed first with the right and working strategies explained in the system and then she began promoting it.

What do you think happened to Joe? And what about Mae?

Joe was unaware that that promoting his main affiliate link given by his primary business was the culprit for his poor performance. Yes, definitely he worked very hard…but unluckily it just did not produce the results desired.

Only a few people signed up for him and he did not make much at all. Sure…because he promoted like there is no tomorrow he eventually got a few to join. However, most of them ended up bailing out because they could not also make it work for them. It is just like a blind leading a blind. The end road is just more frustrations.

Only if he knew what he was doing wrong…and regrettably he had hardly anything to show for all his hard work.

Mae got started a little bit late because she took the necessary time to learn first the right strategies in working and building an online business. And even though she uses the same timeframe as that of Joe, Mae has become a big success story worthy of following.

Mary ultimately referred numerous more sign-ups compared to Joe…and her team exploded into an excellent duplication pattern. So the ending here is that she successfully developed a very profitable online goldmine.

Never commit the mistake of being a bull on the run without any direction!

Ten Ways To Monetize Your eZine

eZine Marketing

Do you have hundreds, even thousands, of opt-in subscribers eagerly waiting for your regular online newsletter? You most likely are sending out copies of your eZine on a consistent basis. By now, you must have realized that it consumes so much of your time and effort to come up with helpful content for your subscribers to read.

On this scenario, maybe you have been speculating  on how could you monetize or earn money from your eZine investment.

It is true that eZines were not invented just for you to get nothing out of it or else it could become a losing proposition. Definitely, you can earn money here – a lot of money at that – from creating your own eZine and promoting your subscriber base.

How can it be possible? Here, let us talk on at least ten ways by which you could possibly earn money from your eZine.

1. Market your own products. Your mailing list at your hand means you have a very powerful tool to follow up on your subscribers to pre-sell some offers. You could try to win their trust by establishing good relationship and regular contact, and then in time sell them your products.

2. Promote affiliate products. In online marketing, you are not required to have your own products to be able to sell anything to your subscribers. In fact, the most online marketers are not just marketing their own products but they are also promoting products of other marketers whom they trust. You could join any of the myriad affiliate programs on the net today.  You’d be paid a commission for every sale a subscriber of yours buys a product from the affiliate merchant.

3. Directly sell solo ads. This means you allow another internet marketer to promote his products on your eZine by giving him a space in one of your issues where he could talk whatever he is offering. Naturally, this is a paid advertising. However, just be careful that you are dealing with reputable marketers so you can possibly annoy some of your subscribers. For instance, never allow scam type of products to be marketed on your ezine.

4. Paid recommendatory ads. You could also offer to recommend another marketer’s products to your subscribers for a fee. You could do this by writing reviews or recommendations embedded in one of your value-packed content messages.

5. Establish partnerships. Joint ventures can tremendously increase your profits tremendously. However, the established online businessmen would take into consideration your standing in the industry before they could consider you for the partnership. So if you have a mailing list with thousands of subscribers, most likely, they will take you in an instant.

6. Paid subscription. Once your eZine has built an excellent reputation for itself as genuine information and demand for subscription is at an all time high, you could start charging for subscription fees. You can earn money every time new user would subscribe to your eZine service as well in subscription renewal. This could give you great income for many years to come.

7. Build your people or affiliates. The best way to promote your own products is to get some people to help you advertise the same to ever corner of the World Wide Web. Indeed, we are talking about establishing your own affiliate program. And the best source for affiliates is, and will always be, your mailing list.

8. Use your repeat traffic. If you’re engaged in a Pay-Per-click (PPC) program like Google AdSense, then page impressions count. Page impressions are not dependent on unique visitors alone. Repeat visitors are crucial to your sustainable success. Your eZine can help you secure repeat visitors as you’ll have a platform to constantly remind your subscribers about your website.

9. Link your sales page. A lot of online marketers have different websites for each of their products. How would people know where to go? Aside from the organic traffic from the search engines, you could lead the members of your mailing list to your various sales pages by simply including a link on your eZine.

10. Leveraging power. This could be useful by the time you want to sell your website. A website with a mailing list of 10,000 subscribers can command a higher price than a mere website with no mailing list at all. However, you must tell the buyer of some predicaments here. The website and the eZine should be maintained by the buyer. The buyer cannot change everything and expect the existing subscribers to continue their subscription for something totally different from what they have signed up for.

Going For Gold

Gold Coin

As a type of investment, gold is one of the few that generally under no circumstances loses its value. In fact, people would consider anything that does not glitters not to be gold. Only a very few metal can be compared to gold. And throughout the ages, its magnificence and gloss is exceptional in its own unique way.

Places having gold deposits are very fortunate. Their gold reserves can be a vehicle for great progress economically by leaps and bounds so to speak. Women of all sizes and status through the time have always liked wearing gold jewelries. There are a lot of people who choose gold as gifts to their loved ones. Gold can be easily molded in according with the specific taste, fashion and requirement of any client.

This beloved metal can not be shattered. Historical records show that some eager scientists tried to create gold on the lab synthetically but miserably failed to do so. As a substitute, they ended up making many other useful compounds. They failed to make it even after investing effort and time as well as money for decades.

There was a time when gold currency ruled the world. Presently, even though paper currency is commonly utilized everywhere, a lot of people and investors still like to keep gold coins as an excellent investment.

Is gold worth investing money in? Without doubt, it definitely is! Remember that paper money can quickly lose its value due to faltering economic dynamics affecting the global economy. Fortunately, gold can not and would in fact rise in value during economic crisis.

People make investments in form of bonds, real estate, stocks, so on and so forth. Many investors prefer to invest in gold because of its indispensable value. The reason is very clear: when currency value depreciates, its holders have to bear the loss in investments, but there is no worry of depreciation as far as gold is concerned.

Gold can be easily bought and sold anytime and anywhere around the world. And nobody will refuse or even tries to dare lessen its value. Since its market value is rising, people see gold as a very attractive and stable form of investment.

Thus, during market downturn, countries with adequate gold reserves feel more sheltered compared to those who do not have huge gold reserves. The current world financial systems rely on the value of gold reserves. And when we talk of gold, historic gold coins are even more valuable due to their past significance.

Stamps of ancient times make these gold coins even more charming and people trade them because of their craftsmanship, beauty and value. There are gold bullion coins and numismatic coins. Persons invest in purchasing these gold coins and accordingly lock their present and future touching the hard blows of economy recession.

When you search the internet for gold business, you can get baffled due to unlimited array of firms vying for the market. Thus, it is better to view only reputable websites for safety and convenience. Keep in mind that gold bullion coins are constantly safer than the others.

According to trends, we can safely predict that value and worth of gold coins will continue to appreciate. Consequently, people are sensing the profits to be made on gold speculation. And this is not just happening in Europe or USA but also in many other global locations like Asia for example where people are protecting themselves through gold against the risk of economic crises.

Financial crises come and go but gold prices have steadily increased its value by more than 30% year in year out. Based on this, investors all over the world view gold as one of the most realistic to invest with.

We can definitely pronounce that gold is a good investment when everything is sliding away.

Dealing With Time Wasters

Stop Your Time Wasters

Stop Your Time Wasters

The real gauge of success could be how much quality time you spend doing the things that you truly want. You can in fact discount the money, if you already have enough. Now, how much of your time is spent doing that which either aggravates you or just plainly wastes your time?

You know what?  Even the very rich can find themselves caught up in stressful situations that cry out for a solution. In most cases, eradicating them at their root cause can be the most effective and dependable strategy.

The problem is one of habits. If you’ve always done things a certain way, you may be creating a problem that can be solved by a change in thinking, followed by a change in acting. Are you checking your email more than four times a day? More than 20? Then better ask yourself why you are doing such a time-wasting habit.

The right solution is to consider checking email only twice a day as the maximum. If you tell people that you only check your email for two times a day, you can be sure that those people who are expecting you to respond immediately will change how they behave towards you – and I think this is for the better.

Another consideration is negative influences. You may have a majority of customers that are a pleasure to deal with, and a few that are nasty, negative and chew up most of your time. Consider firing the troublemakers. That will make room for more good customers and make sure your attitude isn’t negatively affected by dealing with people who delight in making you miserable.

Learn to shield yourself off from the bad news proliferating anywhere. Television and newspapers seldom serve up good news that could help you in any way. When was the last time a public official or government agency contacted you regarding your take on the latest news bulletin? On the same level, when was the last time you missed something important in life that you didn’t hear about from a friend or neighbor? If the world is about to blow up, I guarantee you’ll find out about it without resorting to the media. Do away with daily news briefings. Believe me your life would be better without those depressing influences.

Consider the possibility of outsourcing your mundane tasks. If you’ve automated your business so you can spend more time on yard work, housecleaning or maintenance, stop and think! How much will it cost you to pay someone to mop your floors, mow your lawn and clean your rain gutters? Unless you are a seasoned professional at such labor, you’ll probably get a better result than if you keep doing it yourself. Even if you are a seasoned professional at such labor, isn’t the reason you got into IM precisely to free yourself from daily toil?

Learn how to shut your mind tightly against negative thinking and the negative influence of other people. You can begin by practicing meditation, where you stop thinking about your thoughts and simply remain quiet, in your mind. With practice, you’ll find it’s easy and effortless to break a train of thought you do not wish to encourage.

You’ll also find it beneficial to cut out all the people who want to dump their problems on you. You don’t have to be nasty or rude. Just stop allowing them to invade your life with the things that they, themselves, are unwilling to deal with. It is not your duty to hear other people whine about their life.

There are troubles and duties we all must deal with. I’m not suggesting you drop your responsibilities and slack off on what you know you must do. Just take the time to question all of your assumptions regarding duty and responsibility. Figure out how much of your life is spent doing things that you really don’t have to be doing.

It is about the right time to eradicate and put to thrash all the burdensome bad habits that cause unneeded frustrations and limited your chance to live life to the fulles

Let’s plug out these time wasters!
