Some may argue that the title may not be a vital part but in my opinion and experience it is very important. Why? Well, it is the first thing that browsers see when viewing auctions. The title must grab the shifting attention of the readers and it must be enticing enough for them to click. Another thing is never use ALL CAPS in the title as it is only done by amateurs.

Tip 3: Don’t forget the use of pictures or graphics in the listing.

Picture is more convincing that word description. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words…or bids! It will certainly be of big help in pushing your item. Just think yourself as a buyer: would you purchase an item which you have not seen? Naturally, you won’t and so are majority of eBay customers. Always be careful if you do your product photography – it must look professional as much as possible. Note that low quality pictures are equally bad as not using pictures at all. Also remember this point: the pricier your items, the more you should provide photos.

Tip 4: Tell all of your conditions and requirements upfront!

Go direct in telling your potential bidders the shipping fees involved, which countries you can ship, your returns policy, and anything else you want to specify. It would be impossible to make things up as you go along. It is essential that you have to get all requirements out there at the very start of the transaction process.

One of my closest buddies Bryan Abarecio who is now living in Australia contacted me last month. I just learned that he is now a very successful internet marketer. Last week, I asked him to share simple tips on building wealth online – especially for a newbie. I am then sharing below the tips that he emailed to me.

To put in another way, why is it that rich people are given all the tax privileges and other perks?   Why not you – an ordinary employee? Or what about those belonging to the middle class or maybe the poor sectors? Why? The answer is simple!  It is all because the government wants you to join the rich. Be rich and enjoy these bonuses.

To explain this point further. Our country’s economy badly needs investors. Have you noticed that the president and his economic team are always seeking investors both domestic and abroad? It is because there are only a few big businessmen and investors operating in the country. And we sorely need more.

The role of the government is to be concerned with the economy. We all know that without businesses, there will be no jobs. Jobs generate the consumer purchasing power and the wheel of commerce roll on. Businesses inject much needed value to the economy in general and to the people in particular.

Based on decades of experience, the government lacks the entrepreneurial spirit to directly run profitable businesses. Any state interference on the business sector always results into disaster. The government is not meant to do business. And I think a capitalist economy recognizes this very important fact.

On the other hand, most rich businessmen are not comfortable with the government. It’s because the system of government (with the famous bureaucratic red tape) and business (known for fast and swift actions) is exactly opposite. You will notice how they are very different when it comes to rewards and compensation. While businesses directly reward performance and results, the government is based connections and political patronage. Therefore, the government doesn’t know anything about money.

Clearly, the tax message to you is be a businessman and invest money to the economy. The government gives top tax perks to people who invest. It means that the government is discouraging you to remain as an ordinary employee and so they do it by passing to you the burden of taxes. Think of it this way: the government wants you to be part of the solution through job creation, thereby creating a strong and robust economy.

Start with your financial IQ if you really want to contribute to the progress of the country. And please stop blaming the government for your little financial mess. It is given fact that the government doesn’t know anything about money. The need for financial protection against mismanagement is part of educating yourself on money matters.

It is not entirely the government’s fault that they do not know anything about managing money. We have same education and orientation as they are and our education failed to inculcate to us true money literacy. At the end, it is your own responsibility to look after your financial condition.

Your attitude is so important so much so that it could affect your finances. Always check your attitude. It can make or break your performance in the money game.

Ever wonder why the two richest men in the world are best of friends? It’s simply because they understand how each other feels and they love being with people having highly energetic and positive attitude. Emotions are contagious. Therefore, if you want to be happy most of the time, be with people who are.

Our attitude on money and how we view rich people do affect how much money we could earn. Ridiculous as it sounds, check your finances and if you are not satisfied, maybe you are complaining every hour of everyday.

Every millionaire sees the great possibilities. I’ve never heard of a millionaire who started his ascent driven by negativity. Successful people know that we all have the capacity to do greater things. On the other hand, broke people consider themselves to be just average and destined with mediocrity.

Never settle for less. Broke people settle for what is available. And that is why it’s all that they get. Rich or poor – we are all given 24 hours a day and we breathe the same air! We are all humans, right? You deserve much more and much better. So why settle for less?

Be conscious of your mood and attitude. Looking at the bright side is not enough. It is a question of what you do after you see the bright side. Are you going to do anything about it or just leave from the table away? For instance, you may not be satisfied with your paycheck.  Now, there is good news – you have the power to do something about it. You can quit and look for another job. Or you can simplify and live below your means – this option is settling for mediocrity. The point is you have the choice! So choose well!

We are all human beings. Even Bill Gates and Warren Buffett – two of the richest men on Earth — are not aliens from Mars. Therefore, increase your financial IQ and grow with people having a like mindset. Instead of climbing the corporate ladder, you can own one. Don’t ever think or let anybody influence you that you can not!

We all have the potential to be big. It’s the attitude of self-doubt that stopped people from making their dreams manifest as present realities. You must gain control of your finances and be happy and positively contagious to others so that they will be inspired to do great things.

Your professional life and business success require you to be empowered by self-confidence as you deal with people both big and small. Self-confidence is a very pivotal ingredient to get ahead of the competition and establish your own personal branding along the way. And one way of acquiring self-confidence is surrounding yourself with loving and supportive friends.

Develop the kind of friends whom you are comfortable with and help you feel more positive. Your friends should encourage and push you to be professionally competitive and bring home the bacon – the “Go go go!” friends. To have friends like this, I am sure you will realize of their fantastic empowering power.

Divide your friends into two groups: the “Be cautious” friends and the “Go go go” friends.  If you want to compete well and move upward in life, listen to both but always lean more with the latter – as in go, go go! “Be cautious” friends may constantly warn you of the possibility of failure and could at the end hold your growth back. While most of them are well-meaning and might be only looking for your welfare, they should never be your focal influence.

Your first best friend should be you. Love yourself and believe in your innate ability to rise up and climb the ladder of success. Stop being negative – it just put you down! Believe that you have the power to make things happen. Be optimistic in a gloomy world we are in and you are on your way to becoming a totally self-confident person.

To make yourself surrounded with positive people, you must first become one yourself. It is just like the first secret of having many friends: be friendly! Positive attracts positive. It would virtually impossible to expect people to surround you if you are a pessimistic person – a person who has nothing to hope for is a person doomed. And who would want to take a ride with gloom?

Successful and happy people are always self-confident.  And self-confident people make sure they are surrounded with optimistic and active people. Nothing less!  If you want to join the club of self-confident individuals, it is imperative that you have  “Go go go” associates – people who cheer you up to be courageous in facing many challenges as you carve out your dreams in life and be financially free. Looking for “Go go go” friends means that you first become one.

Friends are important as they could help us propel to make our dreams come true. Be a good friend yourself and expect others of the same orientation to get attracted to you. Always be positive with things and with people. Positive thinking blots out stress and adds magnitude of colors to an otherwise dull world you might be in.
